CARDBOARD

Products in the form of cardboard are rectangular-shaped solid thin or flexible sheets with fibrous structure.
They are based on the use of mullite-siliceous fibers and non- or organic binders.
To enhance cardboard being proof to erosion, its surface may undergo additional treatment.

Cardboard characteristics:

  • low density and thermal conductivity, high thermal resistance and considerable mechanical endurance
  • Made from materials and components that don`t pose any threat to health and don`t emit any harmful fumes or substances when in use
  • Easy to install by means of hand tools
  • Products with organic binders are flexible and resilient enough to be installed

The use of the original technology ensures that material produced will have specific structure with characteristics as follows:

  • The material is composed of fibers that will be strictly parallel to working surfaces and at a right angle to the direction along which heat streams move.
  • There will be next to no “pockets” comprised of non-fibrous insertions
  • High resistance to heat transfers
  • Better binding of fibers to each other results in higher resistance to material breakage.
